No. The $10 Zelle deposit reserves the request and remains non-refundable. Your final service price is discussed with Ady after she reviews your set.
When is my appointment confirmed?
After Ady manually verifies your Zelle proof. Until then, your booking shows Pending Deposit Verification.
What should I include in my set details?
Share the length, shape, colors, design idea, charms or extras, whether you need a soak-off, and any inspiration photo you want Ady to review.
Where do I get the appointment address?
The private address appears in My Booking only after the appointment is confirmed.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes. Use My Booking to request a reschedule or cancellation. Approval depends on availability and the booking policies.
What if there are no openings?
